Course One – Beer & Cheese Tasting featuring Kristine Johnson from Classic Provisions-enjoy a selection of imported & domestic cheeses served along with traditional accompaniments perfectly complimented with selection of beer samples
Course 2 – Butternut Squash with fresh Ginger, Roasted Poblanos, Cilantro and Lime
Course 3 – Grilled Hickory Smoked Tenderloin medallions served atop Balsamic marinated portabella mushrooms and finished with Bordelaise. Served with fried sweet potatoes and French green beans.
Course 4 – Pumpkin Cheesecake with a Gingersnap Crust

We’re not entirely sure about the release time, but suffice to say that the day is correct.
Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery will release “The Gobbler” on Monday, November 6th. The Gobbler is a blueberry pale ale “designed to be a perfect match for your turkey on Thanksgiving.” I’ll buy that.
From 5:00 to 6:00pm Monday, pints of The Gobbler are $2.00.

Here’s what you need to know:
1) On sale at the brewery Saturday, Nov 11th @ 12- 2:30pm, tour at 12:30.
2) Growlers of Darkness, Furious and Bender will be available.
3) There will only be 30 growlers of Darkness (limit 1 per person). Don’t
show up at 2pm and cry that you missed out.
4) Darkness $20, Furious $9, Bender $8, plus the growler ($3).
5) By law, we can’t fill growlers from other breweries. So don’t bother
bringing them.
6) Yes, we are happy to take your money in any form, including credit
cards. And yes, you can give us more of your money for t-shirts, hats,
sweatshirts and glasses.
7) Beer tasting will be AFTER the tour.
