Course 2 – Butternut Squash with fresh Ginger, Roasted Poblanos, Cilantro and Lime
Course 3 – Grilled Hickory Smoked Tenderloin medallions served atop Balsamic marinated portabella mushrooms and finished with Bordelaise. Served with fried sweet potatoes and French green beans.

New management doesn’t seem to get the picture at Rock Bottom. Those dinners started out as an even to bring beer lovers together. They only charged the actual cost of the meal and nothing more. They understood that making a profit isn’t what it’s all about. Now they’ve jacked the price way up and are offering less and less impressive food layouts. It use to be 5 full courses and not some lame cheese course. No thanks, I’ll save my money for much better things.
