We released a new beer at our anniversary party called Northwest Passage IPA. Here’s the official scoop on our IPA. It is made all Canadian malts and four great American hops, Simcoe, Cascade, Chinook and Columbus. It weighs in at 6.5% ABV and a tongue tickling 115 IBU.
Growler sales are now Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 – 6:30 at the brewery.

Here is what is happening at Flat Earth Brewing Company this month:
On the 16th we have two events scheduled. We’ll be at the Brewer’s Bazaar in Stillwater Noon – 5pm, Water Street Inn, Stillwater and Beer Dabbler in Burnsville at 1 pm.
Slow Food MN Wild About You Foraging Dinner Sunday, May 17, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
At the Ralph Lentz Farm 32797 738th Street, Lake City, MN.Due to being over booked we are moving our tour this month to the 22nd, Friday evening at 6 p.m. a great time to see the brewery and grab some growlers for the Memorial Day weekend.
Saturday the 30th we’ll be out at the Welch Village Beerfest and Comedy Show.
Looking into the crystal ball for June we’ll be at the Willow River Blues & Brews Fest on Saturday the 6th.
