Midwest Supplies Fall Customer Appreciation Day Saturday
Midwest is holding its fall customer appreciation day on Oct 27th. They’ll have live brewing demos, free food, homemade soda, and some exclusive in-store discounts. Stop by in your Halloween costume for a chance to win a $150 Midwest Supplies gift certificate. They’ll also have experts on hand to demonstrate hot sauce and cheese making.
Mantorville Tours, Tastings & Growlers This Weekend
As part of Mantorville’s Fall Festival this Saturday, October 27th from 1-5pm, Mantorville Brewing Company invites the public in for tours and beer tastings of their first fall seasonal brew, Stagecoach Smoked Harvest Ale as well the full line of brews including the Stagecoach Amber and Golden Ales, along with their Stagecoach Smoked Porter. Tour/tasting will be $3 at the brewery. Stagecoach Smoked Harvest Ale can also be purchased in growlers.
Midwest Supplies & Hacker Pschorr at Bunny’s
It’s no surprise that the crew at Midwest (www.midwestsupplies.com) likes to drink some traditional Oktoberfest from time to time. On Thursday the crew will be hanging out at Bunny’s Bar and Grill in St. Louis Park with Joe Goodin from Hacker-Pschorr. Belgian Beer Fest at The Muddy Pig and Pig & Fiddle
The Muddy Pig’s 5th annual Belgian Beer Festival starts today and runs through Sunday. Owner Mark Van Wie tells us that they’ll have 96 beers this year and all are direct from Belgium, not Belgian-style American beers. This has to be the largest collection off draft Belgian beers ever in the state, if not the midwest. All beers are sold in 5oz glasses so you can try them all. Pig and Fiddle will be running a small version off the Fest with 20 or so beers. Check it out!
