Hi All,
Surly Smoke release party tonight, December 4, at The Muddy Pig. We tap the keg at 7:00 sharp.
Smoke is a smoked Baltic Porter so expect big and dark with a smoky aroma and flavor.

I’m getting thirsty
Just got back from the Pig. I enjoyed the Smoke. They also had Furious on cask (also tasty).
Yah, the Smoke tasted great. My first time there, I’m a fan.
Smoke was super good. A little less smokey then the samples I had at ABR. The poison frogs they put in the oak barells must be to blame.
Kat and I braved the blizzard. It was worth the effort because Smoke was delicious!
I was surprised to see so many people there as I was expecting the weather to keep more people away.
We didn’t get there until around 11:30 last night, but they still had some available so there might be a chance of another glass today for those that missed it.
Enjoyed some great beer and good friends. This is MN, snow shouldn’t be an issue.
