Unlikely beer venues

Loyal MNBeer readers probably already know about, and may have checked out, at least a few of the places mentioned but Tom Horgen’s Star Tribune article, “Looking For Beer in All the Wrong Places,” is worth a read.

    In my experience, I’ve gotten better service, better beer, and better food at the type of restaurants Tom Horgen mentions than I do at the beer bars. I can’t quite put my finger on it but it is something about the attitude for a restaurant serving good beers as compared to the attitude of the beer bars.

    I highly recommend Ngon and Corner Table continues to be a favorite of mine.
