Beers of Fall at Zipp’s

Colors are changing and it’s getting a bit cooler outside. Come to Zipp’s and find out some of the best fall brews around. Fall isn’t just for Oktoberfest beers. There are plenty of new releases to keep your tastebuds excited. Learn about different styles of beer in a friendly and causal atmosphere.  9-16-2008,  6:30pm-8:30pm. $10.

    Zipp’s has done beer and wine tastings for a number of years, IIRC. I’ve never gotten around to going to one though. There are good people at Zipp’s, so I’m sure it has good potential to be fun.

    I’ve been to a couple wine tastings at Zipp’s before. Good food and great wine.

    The tasting will be a ton of fun!

    $10 gets you tons of Oktoberfests/Marzens/Viennas and a bunch of other beers that are new to the Twin Cities. The tasting runs from 6:30 to 8:30 and is going to be held in the banquet room of True Thai… the restaurant across the street from Zipp’s. We’re looking at a total of 20+ beers to be sampled.
