Lagunitas, Heggies Pizza, and The Nomad are changing things up a bit for an inexpenive, but delicious beer dinner. For only $20, they will be pairing 4 Lagunitas brews, with 4 varieties of Heggies Pizzas. The beer is being tapped at 4:20 (which won’t be included in the beer dinner price) and the dinner will start at 6pm. Contact The Nomad for tickets.
Pour Decisions will be meeting with the Roseville City Council on Monday at 6:40pm to obtain a Brewery Taproom License. They’d love it if you could come show your support. If you can make it, you’re also welcome to stop by the brewery for a tour & progress update from Kris & BJ. Deschutes and The Happy Gnome are putting together a special evening of beer, goodies and pampering on Wednesday, July 25th from 6-8pm. “Beer paired with sweet treats and other tasty food items while being pampered by some local businesses invited to this event just for you. Lots of samples including Mirror Pond Pale Ale, Black Butte Porter, Inversion IPA, Twilight Summer Ale, Green Lakes Organic Ale, Obsidian Stout, Hop in the Dark Cascadian Dark Ale and the brand-new Chainbreaker White IPA. Rumor has it that Barley’s Angels will be involved, too.

Next Wednesday, July 18, the Blue Nile celebrates the Belgian patron saint of beers, St. Arnoldus Day 2012, with 9 Belgian beers on tap for one day only! The beers: St. Feuillien Tripel, St. Bernardus Abt. 12, Tripel Karmeliet, Kasteel Rouge, Kwak, Brasserie d’achouffe Houblon Chouffe, Cuvee des Jacobins Rouge, Maredsous Brune, and Duvel Single.
