Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild American Craft Beer Week Events

So much beer, so little time. Our good friends at The Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild have compiled a week’s worth of events (or 10,000 Minutes, if you prefer) at http://www.mncraftbrew.org/10000minutes in celebration of American Craft Beer Week! Consider it your civic duty to get out there and enjoy some of these events!

Vine Park’s 17th Anniversary

Vine Park Brewing will be celebrating 17 years being “The Fun Place to Brew Your Own Beer & Wines” on October 17. Vine Park has a long history (well at least for a teenager) in St. Paul, operating as a brew-on-premise first and foremost, and in recent years adding growler sales via their commercial brewing setup. Congrats to Vine Park!

To celebrate, on their birthday, they’ll be offering growler fills for $8 all day long, which is an even better deal than their  “Year of Beer” card.

Also, Vine Park will award a Year of Beer card good for $144 worth of growler fills to the best photo submitted to our Facebook page or emailed to newsletter@vinepark.com that celebrates our 17th birthday.  The rules are wide open and the gang from Vine Park will  pick the one they like best.  Creativity Rules!

Vine Park Brews Cruise

Vine Park’s Annual Brews Cruise is happening August 6th, and we think you should sign up right now. The cruise includes 3 hours of beer, bbq, special music from former KFAI DJ Father Time and of course some Meet the Brewer time. Cheers! $65 over at vinepark.com

Cast off your worries for an evening of Fun with the Vine Park Brew Crew as we enjoy a 3-hour cruise on the Mississippi River with hot food, cold beer, and warm friends. And we throw in a free Vine Park pint glass! The Cruise is Saturday, August 6th and we depart from Harriet Island across from downtown St Paul at 5:30pm. The boat waits for no one and you must purchase tickets ahead of time as we limit attendance. Tickets are just $75 per person but if you buy before the Fourth of July, we have a heck of deal for you: $65 and you still get the pint glass! Buy tickets at the Brewery or online.

Extra Growlers = Vine Park Bucks

If you find yourself with an excess of empty and clean (you can keep the nasty, grungy ones) Vine Park growlers, bring them back for $5 Vine Park Bucks each. While Vine Park Bucks have no cash value they can be used towards the cost of anything they sell, which would include the just-released-yesterday Capital Hill Pilsner.
