Brewing TV / Tallgrass Episode Party at Nomad

Come down to Nomad World Pub Friday, June 15th for the newest episode of Brewing TV featuring Tallgrass Brewing Company on the big screen and some awesome beer.

The event goes from 5-7 p.m. with the BTV episode playing at 6 p.m. Following the episode screening, Tallgrass and Brewing TV will raffle off a Deluxe Brewing Starter Kit from Northern Brewer including one of the new Tallgrass Pro Series recipe kits. Also up for grabs – four tickets to the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest (Saturday, June 16th at Minnesota State Fairgrounds).

So what’s up with the special beer? First up, an exclusive 1/6 bbl of soon-to-be LIMITED batch of Tallgrass Brewing Company’s “Wild Plum Farmhouse Ale.” Get there early! In addition, TBC is hooking up a firkin of “Critic-ALE” — Buffalo Sweat with 1 oz of Whole leaf Mt Hood, 2 oz of Cocoa Nibs from Ghana, and .5 oz of Sidama Ardi coffee beans, and primed with brown sugar.

6:30pm: Reception with Golden Cap Saison
7:00p Dinner
 Course #1 : Four Witches Black Saison, Copper River Salmon Tartar w/ spring peas and sweet onion
Course #2 : Black Tulip Tripel Ale, Melted Taleggio and Wild Mushrooms
Course #3 : Mad Hatter IPA, Smoked Beef Ribs (smoked with the wood from Dragon’s Milk Barrels) w/ Balsamic glaze
Course #4 : Dragon’s Milk Stout, Chocolate Soufflé w/ Cardamom and Créme Anglaise
