Just wanted to let you start the coding. We’ve gotten both our Federal & State Brewing licenses in the last few months. Our initial brewing will be to offer growlers under the recent changes in the state law. To move forward, we need City of Saint Paul approval. This summer we got the City of adopt an ordinance for the license process. We hope to have the application submitted in the next couple of weeks!
So they will continue doing the BOP plus do growlers? Also do they use extract and grains or do/will they do all-grain?
The growlers will be an added feature for Vine Park. Our main business will remain being the area’s only BOP.
All the beers to be offered in growlers will be brewed in our all-grain 3 barrel brewing system. We anticipate having 2 or 3 recipes available at all times although I’m sure we will vary the choices seasonally.
Application to the City hit the US Mail yesterday.
