Today Surly announced that they would have a new IPA available at Target Field this summer that will be exclusive to the ballpark. Bandwagon IPA is brewer with pale & crystal malts as well as Centennial & Chinook hops and English ale yeast.
Introducing Bandwagon, a West Coast India Pale Ale. This IPA is brewed with pale and crystal malts, centennial and chinook hops, and fermented with English ale yeast. Bandwagon is pale gold in color and has flavors of caramelly biscuits slathered in pineapple-orange marmalade.

HT-lines were huge. I spoke with Todd while in line, Surly wants more carts, but its a business decision by the Target field/concession folks. Im guessing after they see the demand things will change. I made the stupid mistake of waiting in line only to find out it was cash only when I got to the front. No beer for me!

I got a preview of the beer last Friday night at the brewery. I love it! Great floral and fruit hop vibe, juicy mouthfeel, going to be a great beer for bright, sunny days of summer!
