Nordeast Brewers Alliance at NE Farmers Market in June

The NordeastBrewers Alliance, a homebrew club in Minneapolis,  will be demonstrating homebrewing techniques, equipment and materials while spreading the good word about brewing your own fermented beverages

They will be at the Northeast Minneapolis Farmers Market on University Ave NE & 7th Ave NE the first four Saturday’s from 9am-1pm.

If you ever wondered what it’d be like to brew your own beer, or make mead, wine, or cider, stop on by the NE MPLS Farmers Market and check out the Nordeast Brewers Alliance starting June 2nd!

City Pages Beer Festival Saturday

Just a quick reminder that the 20th annual City Pages Beer Festival takes place on Saturday from 5-9pm near 10th and Hennepin, downtown Minneapolis. Beer, live music and undoubtedly some interesting people-watching. Advanced tickets are still available for $30 online at citypages.com/beerfest. Day-of tickets will be available for $35.

A portion of proceeds from the tasting will benefit the St. Paul Jaycees.

Braufest This Friday-Sunday in Lucan, MN

Looking for something fun to do this weekend? All the amateurs ditched town last weekend, but in truth, this is the weekend to head south to Lucan for Braufest with Brau Brothers Brewing Co. Check it out:

Friday (June 1)
Lucan Lions Beef BBQ from 5:30-8pm. Local beef, local beer.

Larry Donner performs at Brauhaus, 7:30pm.

Saturday (June 2)
Brewery open house from noon -8pm. Tour the brewery & hopyard, sample beer, set up camp (yes, you can camp at the brewery Friday & Saturday night), check out some special cask beer and enjoy live music, including our friends Cannery Row as well as Saturday Evening Smitty and Sound Outdoor.

Lucan Lions softball tournament all day in City Park. And to tie this into the theme, the beer wagon will be present all day!

Street dance at Brauhaus Saturday night from 9pm – 1am featuring Roxbury Drive and the aforementioned beer wagon.

Sunday (June 2)
Recover from a great day of beer with the Lucan Fireman Pancake Breakfast at the Community Center. 8:30am – noon.

Family Day at Lucan City Park – activities and events for all, softball tourney, volleyball, food and beer.

All Pints North Tickets on Sale Now

Don’t forget to buy your tickets now and join us in Duluth in July! All Pints North, the newest brewfest from Minnesota beer fest pioneers, The Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild promises to be a good time!

All Pints North takes place at Bayfront Festival Park on July 21st from 3-7pm. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased here.

We can’t confirm or deny anything at this point, but there may or may not be some extra fun happening in Duluth on Friday evening. Make a weekend out of it!
