A little news from Hohenstein’s:
Head down to Stub and Herb’s at 5pm on May 20th for the release party of Founder’s in Minnesota. They’ll have the following on tap: Reds Rye IPA, Centenial IPA, Dirty Bastard Scottish Ale, Silky Porter, Cerise Cherry Ale, Curmudgen Old Ale and at 7pm they will be tapping a 5 gallon keg of something special. That will not last long!
Groveland Tap will be tapping a cask of Summit Oatmeal Stout dry-hopped with East Kent Goldings.
If you’re looking for a filling dinner to accompany the beer, check out their Monday night special: Spaghetti Bolognaise. House-made spaghetti bolognaise smothered in mozzarella and served with Parmesan-buttered Texas toast for $8.99.
Ngon Bistro has tapped a new cask of Summit IPA. Their cask beer always goes fast so head on over soon before it is all gone!
For another year, Surly is sponsoring the Kettle River Paddle Fest in Sandstone, MN, May 1 – 3. The water is high, and the beer will be flowing! Free camping at Robinson Park, and free Surly at the Gaslight Bar Friday night from 7-8pm!
