This Saturday, our friends from Hopjack will have fresh (wet) Cascade hops available for your sniffing (and brewing) pleasure from 9am – 2pm. They’ll run $12 for 1/2 pound or $20/lb. And to clarify, since these Cascades are “wet” they won’t be AA tested or packed in barrier bags. We’ll just zip lock ’em so you can dump them straight into your kettle some time this weekend.
