Wonder what happened to the spent hops. Compost? Animal feed? Hopslide for the kids?

I am curious as well Matt. Sure a cool video though. Makes me appreciate the cost a bit more.
I think last year’s process was WAY better. Nothing like impossible cleaning in the brewing process!
